vu Kennels was established in 1982 in Bealeton, Virginia. Starting with one golden
in obedience (then followed by two Labradors), we discovered the wonders of the dog show world and
started looking for a golden to show in conformation. Soon we were hooked! Over the years we have produced
breed champions in the U.S., Canada, and South America. We have also produced obedience dogs, and a
drug-detection dog, as well as many loving pets. Our dogs have been used as service dogs for
Canine Companions for Independence and Leader Dogs for the Blind.
